My journey has been one of unwavering commitment to growth, both in myself and in the countless individuals and teams I’ve had the privilege to inspire. My roots run deep in both music education and leadership development. I graduated debt-free with a 4.0 GPA from Alcorn State University, earned a Master of Music Education from The University of Mississippi, and achieved a Doctor of Arts in Music from the Winters School of Music at William Carey University. But my true education has come from the lives I’ve touched and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

I founded Full Potential Leadership — an international communications platform designed to empower innovative leaders to harness their strengths, equip their teams, and build thriving cultures that reach new heights. Additionally, I created The TreeHouse, a transformative mastermind membership for business owners who are serious about growth, collaboration, and team building.

Beyond my academic and professional achievements, I'm an Honorary Commander in the United States Air Force, a proud Coca-Cola Scholar and a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
